“Overall a comfortable stay in a good location.”
Hotel is 20 minute walk from main attractions (Top of the Rock, Empire State, Radio City, Times Square). Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beverages available in the lobby all day and nice cookies in the late afternoon/evening. Close to lots of restaurants on 9th Avenue.
Buffet breakfast was ok but hotel uses paper plates and individually wrapped plastic cutlery which isn't really acceptable - difficult to cut food and not environmentally friendly. Storage in the bedroom consisted of a small hanging space and no drawers so we didn't unpack our cases and there was nowhere to store them if we had. Bathroom was modern with a good shower but again nowhere to put wash bags/contents.

La atención en el chek in,un hombre muy descortés y con poca predisposición para los que no hablamos inglés.Un detalle muy importante cuando uno llega cansado de un largo viaje. Lástima no saber su nombre.Los demás todo bien
