Excellent experience! The breakfast was outstanding, and all the staff members were friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I was particularly impressed by the quick response from the housekeeping team whenever assistance was needed. The front office staff were very welcoming and ensured a smooth and pleasant stay. Their hospitality and dedication to customer service made the experience truly memorable.

Everything was excellent during my stay. As a minor suggestion, the light dimmer controls could be better labelled. It was somewhat difficult to identify the correct switches, and we had to experiment with them to adjust the lighting according to our preference. Other than that, the experience was outstanding

The breakfast experience was highly satisfactory, characterized by accommodating service despite a restricted selection of Jain-compliant dishes. The overall stay at the Taj Hotel was exceptionally comfortable, anchored by a reception team that was both highly accommodating and empathetic.
