- the staff - At the front desk , in the dining room, the cleaning staff, being able to go to the Hammam before bed. I was lucky to be upgraded. Next time I will book a massage in advance

Room too dark as lighting not good. Mirror in wardrobe very hard to access. Very small room overall.

The coffee machine in the lobby. Also when I asked for a kettle immediately they sent one with many tea bags. The staff are all kind and helpful.
