“Exceptional accommodation, close to Zermatt”
Superb room. Attention to detail was outstanding Reception staff were extremely helpful. Karin is first class.

“A perfect hotel when visiting Zermatt”
We stayed for two nights on our road trip through the Alps. We were welcomed very warmly by Karin at the reception who offered many great tips for our stay in the valley and our sightseeing in Zermatt. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are spacious and very modern. The interior decorations in the hotel are super cool, with chairs from old chair lifts, beautiful large photos of mountains and great artwork. The breakfast was superb and the restaurant on site serves wonderful food!!! It offers parking and we found it most practical to go by shuttle train to Zermatt and back. The prices seem cheaper than in the more pricy town of Zermatt. The hotel offers a lot to make their guests feel welcome and in the perfect location!

posizione perfetta: quasi di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria, accanto ai due supermercati e ristoranti. Se lo scopo è fare base per andare a Zermatt, la posizione è perfetta
Putroppo nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggironato il ristorante e il bar erano chiusi e ci siamo dovuti spostare. Se fosse possibile sarebbe bello avere la SPA in struttura perchè spostarsi nella splendida sauna del partner è comunque un po' scomodo

Staff were smoking beneath our windows, so it came into the room which we didn’t like (so we closed it). Suggest they move further away to smoke
