Buffet Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and walking distance to everything.
“Worth staying for families. Great location and facilities”
Great property! Breakfast was great. Family room was good that it was so close to side exit/street access. Pools were nice also. But have to be quick to get a pool lounge.
“Perfect stay”
We loved our deluxe room, the gardens, the staff, the location, the amazing breakfast. The fact there is a kids pool separated from the pool for adults with a swim up bar.
The other thing and its a tiny thing is that at the 16+ pool there is 2 types of music playing in a small area. The pool bar has nice music playing and the bar by the pool has something else so when you are lying by the pool its hard to listen. To one or other.
“A great stay in a perfect location”
The location, staff, breakfast and hotel grounds. We had a delux garden bungalow which was perfect. Gardens and grounds are perfectly maintained. All staff were awesome n so friendly. Loved the squirrel feeding and fish feeding. Massages were awesome and very professional. Directly across the road from the beach. Very short distance to restaurants/markets, mini marts etc
Not enough staff around the pool areas to order drinks and food. They need to implement a buzzer or QR code so one can order from sitting areas or pool/bar/pool lounge areas. Need to implement salt/pepper and sugar on every table at breakfast as it was very rare to find and staff also had to try and find it. Dont like that espresso coffee/ice coffee etc is an extra charge as one pays enough for a buffet breakfast

Pool was great for the kids, live music one band in particular was really good. Location was also good
That the hotel couldn't organise us a driver to fit our family of 4 but luggage and surfboards in, so we had to get two separate taxis. Also didn't love were the family suites were right at back of property
