The room was cleaned perfectly when I returned after my conference. It is so relaxing to come back to clean room
“Overall the stay was good, I would just recommend being a real advocate for your dietary needs.”
The room was excellent, so were the facilities and pool. So much fun having a pool bar!!
Understanding of dietary requirements was weak. I put in my booking form that I was coeliac, told them again at check in, told staff at each meal, and I was still given food I couldn't eat on two occasions I am aware of. I mentioned this feedback at check out, and the staff member I spoke to encouraged me to let them know in check in in future, and I was a bit put out because I had already done that numerous times.
Encara no se't cobrarà res. El total que veus és el que pagues, impostos i taxes inclosos.
