“Good stay for location if you need a last minute hotel with unpractical shower installation.”
Location and friendly staff
Shower was not practical. Water easily spewed over entire bathroom floor because of poor design . Very disappointed for the cost of overpriced stay.

Amazing views of the memorial fountains from our window, great location (quiet but accessible), good staff, free filtered water
It's NYC so the cost is extremely high and the room tiny but that is the price you pay to experience it.

The room and the bed were better than in other CQ . The staff girl at night was very nice and caring . I love the coffee/tea station they have
The staff member I dealt with on the day I checked out was not very nice. On one of the nights, housekeeping hadn't cleaned my room, so I called them at almost 11 p.m. and asked them to prepare the room.
