I love the location: about a block from Central Park, ideal for walks and some fresh air during a business trip, with supermarkets nearby and easy access to the rest of Manhattan. As is often the case in New York, my room had little view beyond an inner courtyard, but it was very quiet. The window shades kept the room really dark, which I appreciate.

Our room was sufficient for what I booked and my husband enjoyed using the gym. The location was perfect for what we had planned and the staff was very nice and helpful
Our room was sufficient for what I booked but the feather pillows were extremely flat, the towels were very scratchy and the wifi never worked. We stayed in two rooms for 6 nights each and only requested room cleaning twice during the week; we ran out of toilet paper and coffee pods and had to request additional when they were not replenished during our cleaning days. Additionally, I booked the stay through booking.com and the on site staff was unable to give me our Hilton points when we arrived despite being promised 1000 points by someone named Annabelle (500 points for each room we reserved). I would still like the points awarded to my husbands Hilton account at his email: jjminden@gmail.com

A localização é excelente. O serviço de quarto é muito bom, as camareiras são mega atenciosas e educadas.

A localização do Hotel, perto do Central Park, ao lado de 2 estações do metro e em frente a uma parada de ônibus. Na rua do Hotel tem mercado, farmácia, padarias e varias lojas comerciais, que propiciam passeios próximos.
O Hotel não tinha serviço de café da manha. A taxa que cobram para entrega de encomendas é muito alta, logo o que comprei pela AMAZON, pedi para entregar um depósito perto.
