“EXCELLENT 5 STAR LUXURY IN BALI”
We had the absolute best experience staying at the Conrad Bali and cannot recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, it proved to be the perfect, family-friendly getaway. The resort itself features a beautiful atmosphere and is extremely well maintained throughout. Every corner of the property is lush, serene, and immaculate. Our rooms were spotless, spacious, and impeccably cleaned every day, giving us a comfortable sanctuary to relax in after a day in the sun. What truly sets the Conrad Bali apart, however, is the amazing customer service. The staff are exceptionally attentive and genuinely thoughtful. A prime example was poolside service—we were blown away when staff proactively refilled our drinks by the pool before we even had to ask! It’s these small, proactive touches that make you feel truly pampered. The food and beverage offerings were another major highlight. There is a fantastic variety of food and drinks available across the resort, starting with an incredible buffet breakfast that catered effortlessly to everyone with fresh, high-quality options every morning. We thoroughly loved our stay from start to finish and would highly recommend the Conrad Bali to families, couples, or anyone looking for world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. We can't wait to return!
“Wonderful family stay at Conrad Bali”
We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Bali. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options to suit everyone. The staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The entire resort was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, with plenty of lovely pools to choose from. Our boys especially loved riding the bikes and playing tennis, which were great activities to enjoy as a family. A beautiful resort and a fantastic choice for families. We would happily stay again.

La taille de l’établissement, pas énorme, le soins des plantes et jardins, les transats et le service à la piscine, at dans tout l’hôtel.
Le mobilier des chambres y la propreté et état des coussins des chaises, meubles de balcons, rideaux, étaient très usés

Pools, breakfasts, amazing staff,
Bed in room very very uncomfortable...so hard. Not the best cleaning staff for the bedrooms. Balcony should not be called a balcony if you can't have a chair on it.
