Muy buen hotel ubicado cercado de la estación de trenes Termini. Lo elegimos por la cercania porque al otro dia viajamos en tren a Milan. El hotel es muy lindo, la atención del personal también. Todo excelente. Muy recomendable. El desayuno excelente tambien

The operation of the restaurant serving breakfast could be improved. It is a problem for people staying alone because all the dining tables are joined together for many more people. I had the inconvenience because I tried to sit at one table after I asked two people who were already sitting there and they told me that the seat was free. When I came back with the plate and tried to sit down, the waitress came up to me and started yelling at me that I was alone and I couldn't sit there because it was a table for four. I was very uncomfortable. Nowhere was it written that the table was reserved and no table was for two, nor for one person! This behavior of the waitress is totally unacceptable and the waiters should improve their communication skills with the guests. Also, for the four breakfasts I had in this hotel, they did not change a single dish that was offered.

Higher room taxes than other hotels, the rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned each day.
