Room and bathroom soooo small. Just a small hook each to hang towels so they didn’t really dry.

Very small room ..very difficult to get into Ulysses shower..disappointed that they did not clean outside the hotel which had lots of litter following the riots

“Great location but overpriced hotel and poor amenities.”
It was in a great location. The hotel lacked amenities. The staff were ok but not great or overly helpful. They seemed short staffed on our visit. The food wasn’t that good either. We felt the hotel was overpriced for what it was.
The lift was small. The room service was expensive and the food was cold. They seemed to be short staffed. There wasn’t really a bar, the breakfast room doubled as a “bar” but there were never any staff to help.

The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. They helped make my birthday vacation special and memorable.
