I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was handled professionally from check-in to check-out, making the whole stay feel effortless. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Grand Palace Hotel in Rome exceeded our expectations. The location was outstanding—situated in a safe, upscale neighborhood and within easy walking distance of countless restaurants, shopping, and many of Rome's most iconic sights. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Each morning, the breakfast was delicious, with an impressive variety of fresh options that easily fueled a full day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was especially impressive—large, luxurious, and finished with stunning marble throughout, giving it a true five-star feel. The entire hotel has an elegant, upscale atmosphere while still offering excellent value for the quality, service, and location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Grand Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in Rome.

posizione, accoglienza e sollecitudine del personale all'esterno dell'hotel, che si è prodigato per aiutarmi con una cosa
colazione mediocre sia come assortimento che come qualità/freddo glaciale nel ristorante e difficoltà a regolare il riscaldamento in camera/personale che NON saluta quando entri o scendi (tranne i due signori all'accoglienza quando arrivi in auto, molto gentili davvero)/camera molto spaziosa ma con un armadio minuscolo e davvero poco funzionale, idem per il bagno/ operatrice zona wellness che non parla italiano, solo inglese
