Excellent staff, the rooms are spacious and surprisingly quiet, given the noisy location (8th Avenue close to Times Square) and the number of guests, designers have managed to keep the character of the historic property, which gives it a lot of charm, location is interesting and close to theaters and restaurants.

The thermostat wasn’t working correctly. Very hot in the room. Wasn’t able to sleep for two nights.
