Earlier in the week, we were booked at another location. Our last night, before heading to Florence, fell through and we needed to find another place to stay. I found Augusta Lucilla Palace at a very good price and was the perfect location to get walk to tbe train station! We were so happy with our stay that on our way back from Florence, we canceled our last two nights that we had originally booked to stay at the ALP instead!
We had no dislikes.

По приеду меня меня поселили не в этом номер , а в другой отель соседний отел Hive , мест у них не было. Где меня кусали клопы всю ночь !!!! За 350 баксов меня кусали клопы. Вы там как?

Location was perfect. So close to the metro and train service Termini is in ,waking distance. Room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Loads of restaurants near by. Would definitely return.

Room was smaller than its shown in picture, instead of double bed we got 2 single beds joint together which was uncomfortable, no kettle in the room. Didn't except such things from 4 star hotel
