Bueno
The hotel is very flexible towards loyal customers. My family has been booking this hotel multiple times a year for the past 9 years. The sales manager (both previous and current) truly cares about loyal customers. I want to thank all the staff who are respectful, helpful, supportive, and kind towards loyal customers. 1) Jessica 2) Ayoub 3) Maria 4) Sahel 5) Jillian 6) Jenny 7) Taher 8) Wasim (Sale Manager)
On the fifth floor, there was always a cigarette smoke smell that was very annoying. The housekeeping on the fifth floor was not satisfactory in the beginning but it became better at the end. However, everything on the third floor was different. The housekeeping was premium and there was not any cigarette smoke.
