El lugar es hermoso, súper cuidado en cada detalle y además bien ubicado. Las dos personas que estaban en la recepción (la que nos recibió y la que nos despidió), Vanesa y Dior, creo que se llamaban, eran super cálidas, simpáticas y amables. Atentas para resolver cualquier cuestión y hacernos sentir cómodos. El desayuno super bueno también, variado y con cosas ricas.

Fantastic facilities, including the steam room and hot tub jacuzzi, a clean and comfortable room, and a stunning sea view. The location in Fira is excellent, with restaurants and amenities nearby. Special thanks to Dior and Vanessa for their outstanding hospitality, quick responses, and exceptional customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The suites are beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Santorini, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding hospitality from the team. A huge thank you to Dior and Vanessa, who went above and beyond to make my birthday feel so special. They surprised me with a sweet birthday pancake treat, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture 🥹 it really made my day! Dior also organised a beautiful table for me at Borolo Restaurant, with an amazing view. The whole evening was simply perfect: delicious food, a wonderful atmosphere, and that breathtaking Santorini setting. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care from Dior and Vanessa made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. If you are looking for a place in Fira with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and people who genuinely make your stay memorable, Cycladic Suites & Spa is the perfect choice.
