“Volvería a reservar el mismo hotel”
Me encantó el spa y el personal que fue muy amable. El ski in and out es fabuloso.

The atmosphere was great and the staff delivered a level of service significantly higher than most hotels I stay at. The room had all the modern conveniences you would want including USB outlets to charge your gadgets, a smart tv, and fast internet. The restaurant was great and I had two fantastic meals there with exceptional service.
“A comfortable hotel in a beautiful scenery”
A beautiful, comfortable, very clean and cosy hotel, its location is superb – close to the town's main promenade and, in the opposite direction, to the gondola lift. A fantastic ski room with boot drying stations and ventilated, lockable wardrobes. Easy access to the gondola station is provided by a shuttle bus; you can also take the hotel elevator and walk from the top floor via a traversing street. We used the other option when returning to the hotel after a day of skiing. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities (and the coffee was excellent!), and a carafe of drinking water, which was constantly refilled. A pleasant feature of the hotel was the small swimming pool on the terrace, where you could relax after skiing and enjoy the view of the surrounding peaks. The hotel restaurant offers exquisite dishes, but the dull aura on our first evening put us off, so we dined in the town's restaurants the following days. Breakfasts were good, although you shouldn't expect fresh salads or vegetables.

Ottimo servizio (in particolare il giovane Driver, il barman che cura anche la parte spa e Michela del ristorante), cura dei dettagli nell'arredamento delle camere e di tutto l'hotel con materiali di qualità.

“Bel soggiorno, ma qualcosa non mi è piaciuto”
- stile moderno ed essenziale - cortesia del personale - vicinanza al centro - piscina esterna riscaldata - letto comodo - kit per cani con cuccia e ciotole
- camera superior senza “poggia valigie” e armadio molto piccolo - cattivo odore per 4 giorni sia in camera che zona ascensore e scale - Wi-Fi debole e Smart tv senza app. Solo YouTube che non funzionava e non caricava - parcheggio non sufficiente per tutte le auto. Sì devonoa lasciare le chiavi alla reception e loro ti spostano la macchina in altri parcheggi. Questo mi ha dato fastidio. - colazione a là carte e non a buffet con alcune scelte non disponibili per tutto il soggiorno come lo yogurt greco
“Exceptionnel”
Hotel décoré avec énormément de goût, un personnel digne des plus grands palaces qui vous fait sentir vraiment privilégié. Tout est si bon au restaurant qu’on a envie de tester toute la carte.
