Westin is always a hotel I can trust and choose with confidence. As always, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bell staff who helped us unload our luggage upon arrival and load it into our car when we left were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. In fact, they were the friendliest and most attentive staff we encountered during our stay. Their warm and thoughtful service made a wonderful impression on us and made us feel especially welcomed. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and look forward to staying at Westin again.

nothing besides the view
they charged my card two times, the ac wasn't working at all, there's no vent in the bathroom so if you shower longer then 20 minutes you can't breathe, zero respect from any employee and when I spoke to the manager about charging my DEBIT CARD for a extra $760... as a mistake she basically just hung up and had a attitude the entire time.
