Bueno
De ligging was echt top! Net buiten de drukte en toch heel dichtbij alles
Ik vond de prijs behoorlijk aan de hoge kant
Bueno
Location is super accessible and the breakfast was excellent
There was a problem with water pressure so we couldn’t even wash our hair
“Great stay in a convenient location.”
The bed was awesome. Overall, the customer service was awesome, from the front desk to the attendants! I loved that they welcomed you back to the hotel and were just so attentive. Jose was super friendly and helpful.
I would have liked being on a higher floor .

“Wonderful hotel and excellent staff!”
We loved everything about this hotel. We were in NY to see Harry Styles so just one night for this trip. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating; the room was lovely - very clean and well appointed. The onsite restaurant, Burgerology, had excellent food and service. We visit NY often and will definitely stay here again. Jose, Asad, Edris, and Luis were especially helpful
“It is ok”
Very helpful staff
Not comfortable for 4, as the extra sofa bed for kids is bad quality
