I booked the signature suit with my 8 year old child and they put us in a smoking floor, further more when I asked the receptionists about it he lied and claimed that the floor is for families and is not a smoking floor which two other staff denied later and confirmed it is a smoking floor. I tried to call again but there was no answer and left two messages to call back but was ignored until the next day where I was shifted to a smaller suit in a non smocking floor. In the first suit there was also a problem in the water it came little with air and what came out was dirty.
