I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the excellent services provided by the entire team. The staff’s kindness, cooperation, positive energy, and outstanding hospitality truly made our experience special. My sincere thanks go to everyone without exception, including the breakfast team, reception staff, bellboys, and housekeeping team. Every single one of you contributed to making our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. A special thank you to Yasmin and Alexandra for their exceptional service, kindness, and wonderful attitude. There were also other staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot remember, but I will never forget their warm smiles, lovely personalities, and outstanding treatment. Thank you all for your dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. You made us feel truly welcomed and valued, and we are very grateful for everything you did. Your kindness and wonderful hospitality will always be remembered.
“Nice Location, Skip the Lobby Bar”
The room was comfortable, and the shower was a highlight, it was far bigger than I expected, with plenty of room to move around. Just as nice, the room was wonderfully quiet, which made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Rome.
The lobby bar was small with no real space for guests to sit. The bar staff was especially rude, which was disappointing.

As a returning guest; Umilta 36 is the most fabulous place to rest and recover from a high energy day in Rome. It’s definitely the people that make this house a home!
Nothing bad to say except there’s just fish on the menu at the restaurant located on property.

المكان ممتاز قريب من ابرز المعالم. تعامل الموظفين/ات خلال تسجيل الدخول كان ممتاز. فيه اكثر من مطعم بنفس الفندق.
الخدمة بطيئة جدا. لو ابغى شيء منهم احتاج ادق اكثر من مره علشان يسوونه! النظافة صراحه نص ونص الغبار على الأثاث وهم كل يوم يدخلون ينظفون.
