Location was great within walking distance to all the iconic sites except the Vatican, great restaurants, shopping near by. The breakfast staff: Giacomo and Paolo were so attentive and welcoming, Antonio the bartender was also great. We recommend eating at Clementino restaurant. Definitely a recommended place to stay.
“Appalling service, aggressive staff, terrible hotel — avoid at all costs!”
Absolutely dreadful experience: extremely rude and aggressive reception staff, obsessed with payments, taxes and checkout times rather than welcoming guests. Shockingly, the hotel deactivated our key cards in the middle of the night, cutting off electricity to our room despite us travelling with three young children! Noisy, poorly soundproofed rooms, miserable décor and disappointing breakfast — an appalling hotel with absolutely no sense of hospitality. Avoid at all costs!

“Good place, great staff.”
A very good place to stay; the staff is very friendly. Check-in was quick, and the room generally has everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is close to several tourist attractions and the train station.
The shower drain was clogged, and water was pooling in the shower because it drained very slowly. The Wi-Fi wasn't working well, and when it did work, it was very slow.

Buena ubicación. Cerca de todo caminando. Muy buena la atención. Gente muy amable tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. Resalto la atención del personal del desayuno, Giacomo, Krisztina y Giovanni, siempre pendientes y amables.
