The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved my room. It was very quiet and had a good view. The location is good with direct access to the beach and the main street.

Nothing I didn't like but probably wouldn't choose this property again, as the beautiful ambience was spoiled by noisy, dive bombing children- yep they are only having fun but my personal choice.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved my room. It was very quiet and had a good view. The location is good with direct access to the beach and the main street.
The bed in 415 was creaky and the mattress a bit lumpy. It needs replacing. The menus in the 3 restaurants have not been changed for a long time. They need a revamp with maybe some monthly specials. The spa is lovely but it is expensive and definitely not the best treatments I have had in Sanur. The reflexology massage was just a lower leg massage with no attention given to the reflexology points in the feet. Very disappointing.
