Nothing to dislike at all… like genuinely the best hotel in Bali (well that we have experienced anyway) always stay here every year :) xx

Location
My aircon wasn’t cold and then it broke and had to sleep in another room. But the bed in this room was not comfortable and really noisy near the road and changed rooms again. My friends also had shit experience and had to change rooms too.

From the moment we arrived great customer service and also the welcome drinks and staff were very accommodating. Room was very clean and air con was turned on and prepared. Breakfast was great and fresh. Pool was clean Staff are the best people and very polite and respectful. One staff remembered us from a previous stay which was a highlight and attention to detail.
Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were a bit to firm.

Sehr sehr nettes Personal, großes Lob. Hotel ist im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar Pool am Dach fanden wir auch toll
