Tokyu Stay Kyoto Sanjo-Karasuma

Everything about his hotel was perfect. The location was ideal. Rooms were super comfortable. Facilities were clean and well appointed. The footbath, coffee machine, and sake dispenser were all wonderful surprises. Breakfast was among the best we've seen, with lots of options for every taste. Most important, the staff was exceptional -- lovely, friendly and welcoming.

No negatives at all.

Loved this accommodation. Place was exactly what we were looking for - nice staff, clean accommodations, had all the amenities we were seeking. I particularly appreciated the room layout and the small sitting space - really helped to have a nice place to relax after a long day. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would certainly stay here again.

Podczas śniadania serwowane mini porcje - zamówienie z karty to połowa tosta, do bufetu dokładane są pojedyncze rzeczy, często widać puste talerze. Raz odmówiono mi kawy, mimo że do zakończenia serwisu zostało 15 minut.
