“Basic but brilliant. Good breakfast. Comfy bed & hot running water. All you need!”
The member of staff that welcomed us was polite, friendly and very welcoming. Easy simple conversation about our stay. The room was very basic but it is a youth hostel so expected. It was warm, clean and the shower had plenty of hot running water. The bed was comfy. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and healthy. Plenty there to choose from and the views out the window were amazing. For a one night stay it was great.
“Stunning location, great budget option in Zermatt”
Friendly helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, stunning views.
“Great place - easily recommend to others, and would return in a heartbeat!”
The breakfast was very generous, healthy and delicious. When I told the front desk that we had to leave very early, we were offered a bag lunch in place of the breakfast, which was wonderful! The room was spotless, cozy, and a perfect view. We were so blessed!

“It was simply below average for what I payed for”
It had beds
No showers, no towels not even to buy, not the best food, overpriced because we had to make our own beds
Erittäin hyvä
Staff is very polite and very helpful. They were always available to help you. Bus station is also just few steps away from the hostel.
