An amazing property that surpassed all my expectations and was the perfect end to our trip in Bali. The setting is breathtaking. Widi (front office manager) made our stay particularly memorable with his dedication, warmth, professionalism and sincerity of service. Ms. Dewi was also incredibly helpful and went out of her way to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Their dedication to creating a special experience reflects the highest standards of Balinese hospitality. A beautiful resort can provide stunning views and luxurious accommodations, but it is the people who create unforgettable memories, and Widi and Dewi did exactly that. We are incredibly grateful for their outstanding service. We hope to return again soon 🩷

Absolutamente todo. La ubicación, la arquitectura, la implantación en la ladera, las vistas, el río, los jardines, la exorbitancia de la jungla, la amabilidad del personal, la calidad y variedad del desayuno. En nuestro caso nos asignaron la Villa 104, simplemente impresionante!! Las dimensiones, la pileta privada, las vistas, la privacidad absoluta. Sin dudas ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado hasta hoy. Destacar una vez más la amabilidad de todo el personal, desde Dewi hasta la última persona del Hotel, todos comprometidos con ofrecer una estadía soñada, y vaya si lo lograron!!

It is literally a Royal stay, the hotel is massive ! with so many things to do. we spent 2 days only to fully discover the hotel. recommend the Royal pool villa since it is located on the higher ground with a jungle view.
