Absolutely wonderful experience at NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful hotel and immaculate rooms to the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. A very special thank you to Abdallah Chabbi, Assistant Front Office Manager, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. He is a true asset to the hotel! It’s people like Abdallah who turn a great stay into an exceptional one. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back! This hotel deserves a 5 Star!!

I like the location and the great stuff was very friendly everywhere even the housekeeping and security restaurant staff as well, specially, Mr. Ahmed, the person who checked in the room for me he was really great and I will do book again because of his kind.

المياه في المسبح الخاص بارده لم استطع انا والعائلة السباحه فيها للأسف هذا شي غير جيد أرجو منكم الاعتناء أكثر لأكثر الزياره
“عنوان جديد للتألق”
الفندق جميل ونظيف للغاية، تم افتتاحه مؤخراً والموظفين في غاية اللطافة وأشيد بـ(باتريسيا وآنجيل) في الاستقبال. حجزت غرفة مع مسبح خاص، الغرفة رائعة والمسبح يتمتع بالخصوصية. شكراً لإدارة الفندق.
Exceptionnel
It was a great stay and the staff was very helpful, Patricia supported us in the stay and we had a very pleasant week. The room was big and the well conditioned and the hotel had all amenities available.
The swimming pool in the room was a little colder than expected but they sent someone from engineering to fix it immediately and the TV casting had an issue once we arrived but also it was fixed by the IT as soon as possible.

The only thing I don’t like high music was reached to my room on third floor from downstairs or other place the only thing was disturbing me
