We would like to thank the entire team at the Civilian Hotel for making our stay in New York truly exceptional. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. We had a small issue with our rooms on the first day, but David and Nick, were absolutely wonderful. David in particular went above and beyond to help us change rooms and make sure everything was taken care of. Thanks to them, the rest of our stay was simply perfect. We then went to Washington for a few days and returned to the Civilian Hotel afterwards. Coming back was such a lovely surprise: knowing that it was our anniversary, the team had left beautiful messages for us on the mirrors in our room. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that really touched us. Everything about our stay was wonderful — the breakfast, the entrance, the reception, the atmosphere, and above all the people. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you to the entire Civilian team for making our New York trip and our anniversary so special. ❤️ We will definitely return to New York with great pleasure, and if we do, we will absolutely stay at the Civilian again.

Property was very clean quiet and close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to always help, and held great conversations. Have to give a special shot out to Kayla who went above and beyond to find me and my friend some Rockafella oysters. It was just her time ave dedication. She always looked gorgeous her hair was beautiful.

Our stay at CIVILIAN was absolutely wonderful! We came for our honeymoon and let them know — they made it feel so special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — we slept great every single night. The location in Hell's Kitchen is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The late checkout made our last day so much easier. We loved every moment. Next time we visit New York, we will definitely stay here again!
