Very nice stay the loby is so nice the room is comfortable and clean staff are great
“Great hotel, perfect location. Highly recommend.”
There was a good selection at breakfast and dinner at Mowsem. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. The executive lounge is definitely worth adding to your booking.
Exceptionnel
Our room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable.
“Can’t wait to go back”
The staff and location
“Not up to standards.”
Unfortunately the hotel wasn't up to the standards of a 5 star hotel in Dubai. Rooms were dirty, smell in the corridor and the rooms were dated. We had to leave after 1 night (booked for a week).
Exceptionnel
1. Просторный номер. 2.
“Good Location and Facilities However General Service Quality Needs Improvement”

Latency in room check-in timings, long waiting time in the queue for breakfast and dinner
