Arrived at hotel to very friendly staff and welcome drink! My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable! I visited the Spa several times and Lexsa was just wonderful! Pool was beautiful. Breakfast very delicious!
I had one small problem at the pool one afternoon when they couldn’t supply me with a towel.

Excellent buffet breakfast, serving both Indonesian and Western dishes with a coffee bar and omelet station. Restaurant staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and location was within 5 minutes walking to Sanur beach. The infinity pool offered a bird's eye view of Sanur. The art decorations throughout the hotel were very aesthetic. Excellent value.
