Cleanliness9.7Multiple reviews mention 'rooms immaculate', 'clean' and well maintained; overall cleanliness is consistently praised.

Service10.0Very strong positive sentiment: staff repeatedly described as welcoming, attentive, professional, remembering preferences and providing excellent assistance.

Location10.0Location is frequently highlighted as excellent/privileged — central, close to shopping and Spanish Steps — one of the hotel's main strengths.

Room quality9.3Generally praised (spacious, well furnished, modern) but a minority mention smaller-than-expected rooms or a less competent receptionist affecting perception of some rooms.

Amenities9.6Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Value for money8.4Several guests mention the hotel is overpriced, extra charges for sofa beds and isolated issues (e.g., no hot water) that reduce perceived value.

Food and drink9.8Breakfast is frequently praised ('WoW', excellent, memorable) though a few guests prefer a buffet over menu-based service; overall very positive.

Overall experience10.0Overall sentiment is highly positive with many 'excellent'/'highly recommend' remarks and repeated intentions to return.
