Nice hotel - very comfortable room. Location was great - easy to walk or take the metro. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. Would recommend.

ужасно маленькие номера!!!!!! Вид из окна или в колодец на стену или на шумную улицу. В номере нет халатов, нет кондиционера для волос! всего два полотенца не больших! Обшарпанные грязные номера!!! Персонал ужасный! Постельное белье дешевое! ужас ужасный

Breakfast was nice and it was in a good location.
The staff did not seem very friendly. I had reserved a car for the trip back to airport but was not reserved. Room was not turned over as expected. The lights flickered a lot. Not good service on TV. WiFi was okay. I asked to be put in the room sooner and was never notified if my request could be completed. The shower wand head was leaking and didnt work. Bed was very hard.

El fallo con el agua caliente que estuvo un dia sin funcionar, el colchon que ya estaba para cambiar y el desayuno que para lo que pagas deja mucho que desear , fruta en malas condiciones, bollería muy floja y poco variedad en fiambres

Not the hotel's fault but the room next to us had a person screaming, crying, throwing up and overall very disruptive one of the nights. Woke us in the middle of the nights - unfortunate.
