Wunderschönes sehr modernes Konzept und Gestaltung des Hotels im internationalen Zeitgeist . Unglaublich tolles Essen (Frühstück, Restaurants, Bio Supermarkt)
Für diese Preiskategorie hätten wir uns vom Zimmer noch mehr erwartet, auch wenn es schön, und hochwertig war, auch sehr bequeme Netten und hochwertige Bettwäsche, aber wenig Platz für eine Familie mit entsprechend Gepäck.

החסרון היחיד מבחינתי שלא היו מכונות כביסה פנויות לשימוש עצמי. (מלון ענק עם רק 3 מכונות שכל הזמן היו תפוסות)

החדר שלנו היה גדול ומפואר. מאד אהבתי את מוצרי הרחצה של המלון. קניתי גם לבית :) המלון פשוט מצוין, קרוב להכל. נהנינו מאד. אחזור שוב למלון הזה בביקורי הבא בקיוטו
משהו ממש קטן: צריך להביא מברשת ומשחת שיניים (להבדיל ממלונות אחרים ביפן שהיינו בהם)
