El transformador eléctrico demasiado cerca de H106. Envío foto tomada desde dentro de la habitación. Recepcionista a la defensiva... 'my dear, I am trying to help you....' El día de llegada pedí que me fueran a buscar al aeropuerto a las 11.30 p.m. ya que la web indica: Recepción 24 h. No era así, repetidamente me recordaban que la recepción era solo hasta las 9 p.m...El favor especial que me hicieron pudo ser el motivo de tener la peor habitación?.El último día debimos pasarlo deambulando. Tuvimos cambios de ferry por mal tiempo y la única opción ofrecida por el hotel era estar en zona piscina cargada de ambiente de cloro. Incluso intentamos volver a entrar de 9 a 11 a.m. en nuestra habitación pero ya había sido limpiada y no nos lo permitieron
“Great location, facilities & host”
Room was well appointed & very clean. Irene was a wonderful host, we enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pools. Location was sensational, walk to everything in Fira, 1 min walk to supermarket & bus station. Perfect!
Bed was too soft. I didn't like the wood surround on it either it's a knee knocker & takes up too much room. The bed felt like it had sunk in the middle. We both tossed & turned all night trying to get comfortable. Also only black coffee facilities, no tea or milk even. No brealfast facilities, no ice box or ice on site.
Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at Uma Ray Suites! The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs, making the stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and willingness to help really made a difference. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is great for exploring Santorini while having a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. Overall, a lovely stay with genuinely excellent service. I would happily recommend Uma Ray Suites!

“Perfect!”
A brilliant stay - from incredibly helpful check in info when I was arriving late and after the office had shut, to providing local recommendations and regularly checking in on my stay. I basically had the place to myself. A big room for such a central location and amazingly comfortable bed. Great facilities inside the room and out with two pools as well! Thank you!
“Tolle Lage und super nettes Personal”
Die Lage war super und die Hotelanlage wunderschön. Besonders Irene war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns einen tollen Platz gezeigt, von dem aus wir einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Betreuung!
