“Adorable local”
Well located, my room had a view of TS. It was very comfortable and clean. At night a little bit of Baruch or from the street, but it wasn't bothersome.

Location, cleanliness, facilities.
Wonderful
We got early check in, which is great after a 14 hour flight. Also, special mention to Darren. Sorry I do not have his last name but he was absolutely brilliant. We had a few wrong charges on our card. Sorted everything for us with a big smile. My girls loved Darren too! Hope you are reading this.
The elecators are jumpy. Pls have them fixed.

The room was a great size, very clean, and the view of Times Square was absolutely amazing! The room was cleaned every day, and the Filipino receptionists were so lovely, friendly, and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to everything. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is only a 1–2 minute walk away, which helped me save so much on Uber as a solo traveller. Central Park, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, Broadway shows, Rockefeller Center, and many other attractions are also within walking distance. I loved everything about this hotel, from the lobby and luggage storage to the Cue 48 restaurant. They also have plenty of elevators designated for lower and upper floors, so you don’t waste time waiting. Overall, such a fantastic experience!
