“Great Paris stay in Montparnasse”
Hotel was very clean, room was spacious, the lobby and lounge area were very inviting.

Very nice location, in the centre of most main sites, about 25 min walk to the eiffel tower and similar distance to notre-dame. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and daily cleaning which was great. Staff were very welcoming which was nice. Loved the water station near the lifts!

Staff cordiale, attenzione al cliente, anche ai piu piccoli che sono stati omaggiato di un peluche di benvenuto. In reception area giochi anche per loro e possibilità di coworking e area relax. Posizione buona vicino alla metro Pasteur.

朝食は種類が豊富で美味しかった。
チェックイン、チェックアウトを対応するスタッフが少なく、待つ客が列をなしているのに迅速な対応が出来ていなかった。クロークに物を預けるのにも時間が掛かり、勘弁してほしかった。他のNovotelにも何度も泊まったが、この非効率な経験は初めてだった。サービス内容に比べて宿泊費も高目で次は別のホテルを選ぶと思う。
