Guest reviews

From guests who booked and stayed, supplied by our hotel data partner.

9.2Exceptional26,516 reviews

Cleanliness8.2Mixed feedback: several guests praised cleanliness, but there are explicit complaints (e.g., 'убирались плохо' — cleaning was poor) and isolated issues like shower gel not refilled, indicating variability in housekeeping.

Service9.9Overwhelmingly positive mentions of attentive, friendly staff and named team members who went above and beyond; a few notes about non‑chalant reception or lack of upgrade on a special occasion, but service is consistently highlighted as excellent.

Location9.6Multiple reviewers cite the location and facilities as strong positives; convenient and well‑situated for families and park access.

Room quality8.7Generally good rooms with large bathrooms noted, but some guests reported rooms 'not up to the required level', small balconies, and minor room issues, producing a slightly below‑top score.

Amenities10.0Very strong: Aquaventure waterpark, aquarium, pools and extensive family/kids offerings are repeatedly praised as highlights of the stay.

Value for money7.8Several guests mention the hotel is expensive or overpriced and a last‑minute price change; value perceptions are notably weaker than other categories.

Food and drink9.7Food and breakfast receive frequent praise ('amazing', 'super essen', wide variety of restaurants and drinks), making dining a clear strength.

Overall experience9.7Majority of reviews describe unforgettable family stays, exceptional moments, and eagerness to return; a few isolated negatives do not outweigh the overall very positive experience.
