We absolutely loved our 19-night stay at MAMAKA Bali! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The staff were genuinely wonderful — always smiling, friendly, welcoming and happy to help. They really made us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities were brilliant. The rooftop pool is beautiful, with fantastic views, and the location couldn’t be better, right opposite Kuta Beach and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and attractions. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice and consistently great quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the MAMAKA Fun Run, which my husband and son took part in. It was such a brilliant event and a lovely example of how the hotel goes above and beyond to create memorable experiences for its guests. We stayed as a family and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After 19 nights, we were sad to leave! A huge thank you to all the amazing staff who made our stay so special. We would absolutely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MAMAKA to anyone visiting Bali!
