Wonderful

Pleasant

Good location, very close to the station and nearby food. Staff were very friendly, warm and accommodating.

The room is very small, and did not have bed side tables or anywhere to put your clothes.

Excellent location with good facilities and a decent size room. I enjoyed the baths

The pillows are very odd

“Would recommend”

We loved the decoration of this hotel, it was very clean and exclusive. It has an onsen you can enjoy. They provide lots of facilities for you. The location was superb.

Difficult to say. Maybe more options for breakfast? You can choose between 3 and if you have a longer stay you can get bored but it's a well balanced meal.
