“Great location”
Location was great. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices including GF. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and beds very comfortable. Good check in and out times and baggage hold room. My second time here and will definitely stay again.

Great location. Close to Grand Central so easy to get anywhere. Breakfast good setting up the day. Right next to Chrysler Building which is our favourite skyscraper in NYC. Amazing design and the lobby is a work of art.

1-Não gostei que o ar condicionado quando chega a um determinado período ele não para aí o quarto fica extremamente quente , acordei várias noites suada. 2-O café da manhã para quem vai ficar muitos dias, não tem variedades, muito repetitivo. 3- O gerente ( um rapaz loiro que fica na recepção ) não é agradável, não faz questão de agradar os hóspedes e ter paciência se for de outra língua, as meninas são legais. 4- Me cobraram uma pré reserva, de 581 dólares, que não tinha falado no booking , não era uma caução , era uma pré reserva no dia em que era pra eu chegar , qdo vi achei um absurdo , tive dificuldade em me explicarem, e vc fica com essa cobrança que considero irregular até eles fazerem a devolução que pode demorar dias.

El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad. El tamaño del cuarto era muy reducido, el baño al lado de la cama no fue agradable.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top Lage, da direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Ruhige Nebenstraße.
Frühstück sehr übersichtlich! Mit zu wenig Auswahl. Halt amerikanisch ! Dafür sehr preiswert ! Für NYC Verhältnisse!
