Newly Renovated Embassy Suites By Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square

Good location for Broadway and Times Square.

We felt it was very expensive for the overall stay. The breakfast food was inedible, the restaurant area is like a bad motorway service station/canteeen, decor is soulless. Staff were all very kind but am afraid we were overall disappointed so wouldn’t return

King room with empire view, we had the most comfortable hotel bed we have stayed in to date. The room was bigger than we expected after seeing so many reviews about how tiny they are. Smaller than a normal non-nyc hotel but we had space for 2 adults. The view was perfect. Food was delicious, bartender was phenomenal. Staff was helpful. Safe area, location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted by primarily walking.

I wish I knew more about the rooftop cinema thing when I checked in.

The attentiveness of the staff, the complementary breakfast and the happy hour.

The rooms were smaller than what I remember. I missed the division between the bed and the sofa bed. Also, the shower did not warm up in the mornings.

Everything was excellent! Great location, beautiful and spacious room with an amazing view. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations.

I’ve stayed here a few times and the staff are mainly all lovely.

The elevator wait time is excessive and although four there only one or two seem to work at any one time making it very uncomfortable trying to get up and down given the number of floors. I’ve stayed in midtown Hilton and they separate the elevators for blocks of floor numbers. Something needs to change here. On the upside we did talk to lots of people whilst waiting.

El desayuno muy bueno, contundente, variado y rico. La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de todo. Lobby del hotel cómodo, con sillas , sillones y mesitas para servirse algo antes de ir a la habitación.

Cuando llegamos, la persona que nos chequeo (BADR) no hablaba español, pero no hizo nada para establecer una buena comunicación y dar la información de los servicios del htl. Nos entregó una cartilla en inglés y después descubrimos que habían cartillas en español. Al contrario, Yasmin, también de recepción, fue muy amable y servicial en ayudarnos con nuestras consultas.
