“I'll definitely be back though!”
There was no ice on the 21st floor, nor the 19th fl. I did not have breakfast while there. There was a bit of confusion regarding parking garage, if you could come and go.

“It was a good stay.”
Great location! Everything was so convenient. The subway and Penn Station are also just a short walk away, which made getting around the city really easy. The area felt very safe, and overall, I had a great stay.
Very good
Comfortable
Elevator is slow
“Only good for one night stays.”
Staff was nice. Offered free luggage hold.
Very expensive for a small room and no breakfast included. We were given a handicap room without need for one. Shower curtain was short and allowed water onto the floor. Had to mop it up after every shower.
“not the best experience”
bed
$500 for a small room facing a wall.. shower not working well, close to Times Square but definetly not a good neighborood. to avois
Wonderful
We arrived earlier than expected. The staff checked us in and give us the room immediately which is a huge bonus as we can immediately get settled in and relax.
Provide Umbrella for the guest that is staying there. It is just a small gesture that can go a long way.
“Funcional, limpio y bien conectado.”
“They could say that I would pay additional one day parking fee if I was late for 30 minutes”
