There was no complementary coffee or tea area available you had to either have it in your room or go upstairs to the restaurant, all the other hotels we stayed at offered this area!

“Facilities were great and rooms comfortable but staff were not very efficient”
The hotel was very clean, the bedrooms were a good size, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Great central location near the main train station. Very quiet. Great rooftop bar.
The reception staff were very slow and check-in was laborious. We were very shocked to find that we were given the keys to a room that was occupied. We walked in on the occupants as they were dressing. This happened to two of our party. This is very worrying and unacceptable from a security and safety point of view. In addition, a member of reception staff was quite rude and abrupt.
