Important information from the hotel[About room cleaning] ・Consecutive staying "Simple cleaning" is a request system. Please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door if you wish. Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans. ・For stays of 7 nights or more In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can. *Additional room cleaning is available for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk for details. Since our hotel is located in the shopping district of Shinkyogoku-dori, it is not possible to come directly by car. If you reach by a taxis, please get off near the entrance of Shinkyogoku-dori on the Shijo-dori side (about 1 minute on foot). There is no parking lot, but please feel free to contact us as we will guide you to a nearby coin parking lot. A deposit may be required at the property.

“Great location and quiet stay despite bustling surroundings”

Staff friendly although English limited, free sake and coffee, fantastic location.

The room had a smell (like sweaty unwashed t shirt) that didn’t go away with deodorising spray.

“Fantastic location”

Amazing location. Hotel was lovely. Room and bed was comfortable. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room. Close to subway station and walkable to so many things. Staff was wonderful.

“Great hotel with in room laundry”

Good, clean hotel in a good location. Has combined washing machine /drier in room. Free coffee and sake in the lobby. Activity table for children.

Nothing about the hotel. Luggage service they use is hard to register online for. They even ended up not picking up our luggage as they couldn’t process the credit card (my bank treated them as suspicious).

Wonderful

Close to shopping, great back street alleys, easy walk to Geon and Geika area

When we booked it said view room. We were on the 4th floor looking into buildings. Bathroom had a bad musty sewer smell. We told reception and they told housekeeping, but no relief. I even sprayed perfume
