We absolutely loved this place. The traditional architecture, the staff were so welcoming, beautiful rooms and balcony. Loved this place and will be back!

The best part of the hotel is the facilities and services it offers.
The hotel is old, and room cleaning is not its strong suit. At night, cockroaches appear in the bathroom, on the ceiling, or near the shower. Cobwebs can be seen between doors and closets; you just have to look closely. We changed rooms three times because of the cockroaches. They moved us to a superior room, but they didn't refund our money, as we were ready to leave the hotel. Obviously, no one can sleep peacefully when surrounded by cockroaches. Furthermore, the next day we found a centipede crossing from the bathroom to the closet; the cleaning staff killed it. A hotel at this price and with a 5-star rating cannot afford these kinds of mistakes. It was the end of our honeymoon, and they ruined it. I don't have any photos of the cockroaches because the staff killed them; they disgusted me. I don't usually write these kinds of reviews on Booking.com; I just want to prevent people from wasting their time and money at this establishment.
