Great experience. First met by Santi who helped us with our luggage and parking. He was fantastic. Ahmed checked us in and was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the gentleman who took our luggage to our room. He was also polite and fantastic. Great staff and great service.

Lage ist Top.
Mitarbeiter haben Dinge zugesagt und dann nicht gehalten. Wir wollten eine Änderung bei den Betten das diese Auseinander kommen. Tag 1 ja kein Problem. Tag 1 Abends ja aber morgen. Tag 2 wer hat das gesagt ? Tag 2 Abends oh, ich weiß davon nichts Tag 3 Nein, das ist Brandschutz Als Alternative war ein anderes Zimmer angefragt (gerne mit Zuzahlung) jedoch am Ende interessierte es keinen. Da nützt es auch nichts wenn man SMS Nachrichten bekommt ob alles prima ist vom Hotel insbesondere wenn darauf nicht reagiert wird. Kundenservice ist nicht eine 10 Punkte Bewertung zu erlangen in dem man danach fragt sondern sich so zu verhalten das der Kunde sie gerne gibt.

“Great location nice staff smelly room”
I like the location and the service is very good. The restaurant is very good as well.
The room I checked into was not great. The AC didn’t work and the room smelled very bad. The AC was fixed when I called the desk but the room smelled like smoke the entire stay. This hotel needs a refresh.
