“Easy 5/5”
"I'm absolutely satisfied by this hotel! The location is strategic, situated right in the heart of the city. The service exceeded my expectation, their staff are friendly and responsive. They really go above and beyond to make guests feel comfort and happy. Check in process was so fast, no more than 3 minutes. Special appreciation for PENDI that help us a lot during the stay. I will definitely come back.
“Convenient and affordable.”
Good location, but the traffic outside was always quite busy. Very spacious rooms as described. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

The toilet is clogged, the airconditioner is noisy, the door in the bathroom cannt close.
“Nice hotel”
Everything! The kids loved the fact that there were 4 rabbits freely roaming around that they could play with. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is just in the center of Denpasar. Strong WiFi
Nothing
“A pleasant stay, marred by the AC not functioning correctly.”
The room was adequate.
The Air conditioning was not functioning correctly. The Beef Ribs needed to be cooked around 15 minutes longer, as they were not tender.
“Sehr zu empfehlen, komme wieder”
Sehr sauber und grosse Zimmer
