“Will stay again! I’ve stayed at a few different Home 2 Suites and so far everything they surpass my expectations. It’s h”
Very clean, and beautiful building! I appreciated walking into a building that felt like a break from my day to day.
“Vibrant neighborhood, Proximity to Manhattan, superb, immaculate studio-type rooms, polite staff”
Home2 Suites by Hilton is truly a home away from home. Located in a prime area of Long Island City near Queens Plaza in Queens, it sports a breath-taking view of the Manhattan skyline in the midtown area, that includes the magnificent Empire State building. The Hotel is actually a studio apartment with a full-fledge kitchen, a large microwave, a large fridge, electric stove and conventional oven, toaster, utensils and implements, dishwasher, coffee maker---all these appliances are in excellent working condition. Lots of room with a large bed, sofa, a mobile kitchen-"counter" of sort, a decent open closet space also is provided. Especially convenient is its pivotal location...just a couple of stations away from Manhattan on the E subway line. Also, W and N lines to 39th Avenue, L. I. City. Housekeeping keeps the rooms spick-and-span. Continental breakfast is sumptuous (for a vegetarian like me, cereal, milk, fruits, juices, yogurt inasmuch as you could devour!). Mention must be made of the front-desk personnel...particularly, Enzo, Jeff, Marko and all their colleagues who manage the Hotel in an exemplary way. They are all so polite, helpful, and provide pointers on the Hotel's neighborhood in Queens and Manhattan as well. There are convenience stores in the neighborhood, the savory Goodfellas' Pizzeria (only take-aways) on 40th Avenue, Laundry-Lab on Crescent Street are conveniently located in the vicinity. There are no negatives, except that they may consider providing some vegetarian items in the breakfast.
“Viaje familiar”
Excelente ubicación cerca a una estación de tren, la zona es muy tranquila, y el hotel muy limpio.
“Such a great place to stay, highly recommended, one of our best choices for our vacation.”
Apartment is very comfortable, well located very close to the Pier, close to grocery stores and any place you need to buy anything is around. Also parking is easy and available, very important in LA. Also there is great patio with sofas, BBQ and all on the roof. Host was responsive any time. Definitely recommended.
all was good, I could use few more pots and kitchen tools, other than that all was perfect.
“Magnífico”
Muy limpios
Estuvo todo bien
“Buen hotel a unas cuantas paradas hacia Manhattan, estación de metro a una cuadra”
Excelente hotel, limpio, amplio y buena vista a Manhattan
Todos estuvo excelente
“Ok”
Pokój zaopatrzony w zmywarkę , żelazko , mikrofale , lodówkę oraz naczynia
Śniadania bardzo ubogie . Brak jakichkolwiek warzyw na śniadaniu.
“Low end experience”
The location
The feel is low end. The breakfast was one of the worst for a long time. Very basic, arranged that is difficult to reach, you need to clear your own plates. At the room - the door of the shower does not close. The entrance to the shower itself is low and quite dangerous. The train station that is nearby does not work all the days of the week. If that are the prices for this location maybe get a farther location.
