“Perfect”
The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

In jeglicher Hinsicht ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind als Familie gereist und wurden wirklich auf Händen getragen. Top Lage, wunderschönes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück und das Personal einfach nur wahnsinnig freundlich.

“Zeer overpriced en pas op met kamers op de lagere verdiepingen!”
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en de massages zijn erg goed (maar wel duur).
Dit verblijf is ons meest teleurstellende verblijf op heel Bali geweest, zeker gezien de hoge prijs die je hier betaalt. De kamer was mooi, maar donker en gelegen op de onderste verdieping van het gebouw met waardeloos uitzicht op een hek (niet zoals op de foto's). We voelden ons erg opgesloten. Na een hevige regenbui (in juli) was de gehele vloer van onze kamer nat (pas op met kamers op de onderste verdieping!). Het water kwam tussen de vloertegels omhoog. Hierna zijn we voor 1 nacht verplaatst naar een villa en een dag later wéér naar een andere kamer op een hogere verdieping, maar nog steeds met waardeloos uitzicht op een hek. Een verblijf op de nog hogere verdiepingen is waarschijnlijk beter, maar helaas was dit onze slechte ervaring. Hou je geld in je zak en boek hier niet!
